Kae and I have lived in Chapelton for eight years and we’ve seen it grow in all  directions. We’ve been lucky to make some good friends here. The CCA does good work in enabling community events, and I can spare some time to help out with these.

Hi everyone, my name is Gillian and I am originally from Ayr. I moved to Chapelton in 2016 and have loved watching the village grow! Life is busy with work, my two boys and a crazy pup but I still find time for drinking too much prosecco and spending time with family and friends! Looking forward to being more involved with the community and meeting new people!

Hi I’m Gillian a born and bred Aberdonian. I moved to Chapelton 1 year ago with my family. Life is a crazy juggle of work , dog walking, family time , attempts at going to the gym and gin drinking. I love Chapelton’s community spirit and proud to be part of a team of trustees who give up their time to help make it a great place to live

Hi everyone, I'm Bill and I moved to Chapelton with my wife in the summer of 2022, to be closer to family.  Since we moved in we have enjoyed the community spirit, including the ones found at The Boxes, and while Chapelton has grown a bit in those years it still has a lot of growing to do and I am happy to join the other Trustees, being more involved in the community and help out as Treasurer.

Hi, I’m Aimee. Originally from Inverurie, I moved from London to Chapelton in 2022 with my family (including a six-week-old baby in tow!). I feel so lucky to call this community-spirited town our home. You’ll often spot me out walking—or more likely chasing after my two energetic boys! I’m truly privileged to become a trustee of the CCA and look forward to working with fellow trustees and residents to make Chapelton the best place to live for everyone. Hi everyone, I’m Hazel. I moved to Chapelton in February 2022 with my husband, our little boy (who was 3 at the time) and our dog Hunter. My parents also moved with us to Chapelton (as our next-door neighbours). We were blessed to complete our family by welcoming our second son in June 2023 (who was actually born in our home in Chapelton so is a true “Chapeltonian”). We moved to Chapelton in the hope of giving our kids the type of community upbringing both my husband and I had growing up. I am very exciting to be joining the CCA this year as a Trustee and getting more involved in helping our community. 

Hello Everyone! My husband Kevin and I moved our family to Scotland from the United States in late 2025 for a much-needed change of pace, and we are thrilled to call Chapelton home. I have a background in creative media production and event coordination—which as trustee, I hope to leverage to the benefit of the CCA. We are also the proud parents of two amazing little boys; so if you see us out and about, please do say hi—we’re always excited to meet our new friends and neighbors!
